"Natanz" by Carole Nelson.
Congratulations to WPG artist Carole Nelson for her inclusion in the upcoming exhibition, “California Connected: The Best of Recent Printmaking” at the Merced Multicultural Arts Center in Merced, CA. Her print Natanz, pictured at left (and also part of the December 2010 Two Artists Many Journeys exhibition at WPG), was selected. This exhibition will be on view April 18-June 8, with an opening reception on April 26th. We can’t be sure from the website, but it looks like there might be further jurying of this show to pick winners of solo exhibitors, who would exhibit next year. If this is the case, we’re sure you’ll join us in wishing Carole the best of luck!
