Check this out at WPG

What a wonderful start to WPG’s week!  We are happy to see a fantastic article on Field of Vision by Topher Forhecz in this week’s Gazette.  You can read it at the link above.

Also, we’re excited to announce the Print for Raffle at WPG’s Holiday Party.Starting today, we are selling $10 raffle tickets for “Of Course There’s Still Room” by Andy Farkas (pictured to the left).  Proceeds benefit the Washington Print Foundation.  You don’t have to be in the area to buy a ticket (we can take credit cards over the phone), or even here to win the print.  However, if you are in the area, we would love for you to join us on Sunday, December 11, 3-5 pm.  Many WPG artists will be in attendance, bringing in lots of delicious food and drink, and, of course, it’s the perfect opportunity to see our December exhibitions!

Finally, we want to mention Jenny Freestone’s artist talk at the Stimson Center this Friday, December 9, 5:30-7:30 pm.  If you missed Jenny’s exhibition here this May, now would be a good time to see what she’s been working on.  The Stimson center is at 1111 19th Street NW, 12th Floor, Washington, DC 20036.  It is a free event, but we suggest RSVP’ing to adunsing (at) stimson (dot) org.
