A quick reminder: The deadline for all entries for the 2014 Excellence in Printmaking exhibition is this coming Tuesday, December 31 at midnight.
A student applicant should be an undergraduate not more than four semesters (40 credits) from graduation OR an MFA degree candidate, a declared major or minor in printmaking, or have taken at least two courses in printmaking; 18-24 years of age in February 2014; and, creating prints using traditional, hand-pulled media. Digital and photographic prints are not eligible.
The grand prize for this show: A one-year WPG Emerging Printmaker Membership, awarded by the family of Nuong Van-Dinh Tran in memory of her vast contributions to the organization; plus a one-year gift membership in the WPC. Visit the Excellence in Printmaking program page for a full list of awards.
